Bake - Make - Create
The Bakehouse is our HQ which we have decided to share with our customers and community to create a hybrid space for bakers, coffee lovers and thinkers to come under one space. First and foremost it a place where the making and baking for our 3 bakeries takes place. We welcome our community, to see the baking rituals of our team, to buy coffee and pastries made fresh that morning, from the bakers bar, and during the course of the day, and evening, to experience a range of events.
Our mission is to be the communal hub of the East Village, where locals and visitors mix and meet over exceptional on-site crafted food, inspiring people and businesses, and above all, a place where people come to feel connected, nourished and valued.

The Bakehouse runs a roster of events and masterclasses for the local community, from wine tastings and yoga to focaccia tastings, pasta making, children's cupcake decorating sessions and Thursday Night Lates.
