At Signorelli we believe that with happiness comes success. This is why when we started we set four goals: make everything from scratch, make it simple, minimise waste and always care about what we do and remember why we do it!

From scratch

All of our food is made from scratch; we know what's in everything we make. If it's not an ingredient that we can find in our pantry or fridge at home - if it's something that's overly processed and that we wouldn't feed to any of our family members - we won't serve it. 

Simplicity
​

Simplicity is key for us and it’s what our Mama taught us. We like to use great quality raw ingredients to create the most amazing flavour combinations. Our recipes keep evolving as we keep doing research and responding to new nutrition guidelines and trends but always sticking to our Italian roots to balance delicate sweet and savoury food.

No waste
​

At Signorelli we are always working to reduce waste. Most of our daily production is made in a way to guarantee that it can be repurposed and have a second life. Leftover croissants turn into almond croissants. Bread turns into breadcrumbs or croutons.

We also use offer customers 50% of certain pastries between 3-6pm to pick up anything we won't get through. Better to find it another purpose than let it go to waste. 

Quality
​

At Signorelli, we like to use ingredients of the highest quality. We look for like-minded small businesses to create a mutually beneficial long-term relationship. Our ham, sausage & cheese, for example, are from our local butcher and deli counter, Appetite, because their quality is second to none. Our coffee is from The Roasting, an independent roaster in the heart of Pimlico who have developed a blend specifically for us.
